American Freedom is pretty damn important, a worthy celebration for sure, so it seems like the perfect time to announce my independence as well. An independence from ennui. It’s been a very long couple of years since I felt productive but today, I am free.

Anni Unbound is the sequel to A Stranger’s Child

Anni is a demi-god.

Burdened with this knowledge, Anni attempts to navigate the overlap of two worlds with the help of her ‘aunts’, Hope and Faith, and their assistant, Danny. As a descendent of Pandora, it has fallen to her to retrieve the evils her ancestor released, and you know that is a BIG job. With no apparent powers or godly benefits, how will she possibly fulfill her destiny?

The second publication is a bit of a stray for me.
The Bar Keep is a short story that deals openly with abuse. It comes with a content warning, for mature audiences only, and although I am very proud of this particular publication, I encourage you to read with caution.

Over the course of a few days, a woman shares the personal details of her abusive past with a dedicated bartender.
