Give the People what they Love

As you probably know, I am a multi-published author who posts weekly to share my personal, writing, and miscellaneous adventures. Some topics are more popular than others, but NONE have proven more popular than our new puppy.

So, here you go, loving audience.
MORE ROXY

Roxy is fourteen weeks old already!
Despite the occasional tease, her ears are still down.
As long as we remember to take her out, she’s pretty good at being housetrained.

I recently discovered that her mother is what they call an American Corgi. The American Corgi is created by breeding a Pembroke Welsh Corgi with a Cardigan Welsh Corgi. The result is often a Corgi with a merle coat (a Cardigan feature), sometimes a tail (a Cardigan feature) and hopefully the size and disposition of a Pembroke. The American Corgi is considered a ‘designer dog’, bred for specific features.

People often think she must be an Aussie because of her merle coat. Not as much anymore, since she’s growing into her corgi body. Long.

It’s cute now, but I really hope she’s not a talker.

That ball cracks me up. The other dogs don’t like it at all, but Roxy does!

Miskey is amazing with the puppy.

Who’s the pup with the blue blue eyes? The one with all the moxie?
You know the corgi that makes the folks swoon — what’s her name?
It’s ROXY.
