Labor Day 2020

Good Monday Morning! Happy Labor Day!
I hope today is a break from the laborious grind of contemporary issues.
You know the ones, no need to list them.

According to the official website of the U.S. Government
Labor Day, the first Monday in September, is a creation of the labor movement and is dedicated to the social and economic achievements of American workers. It constitutes a yearly national tribute to the contributions workers have made to the strength, prosperity, and well-being of our country.

Social and economic achievements.
Strength. Prosperity. Well-being of our country.
Nice.

I believe those are worth celebrating.
Thank you, American workers.
You rock.

About Mary Fran Says

I am an artist, crafter, designer and writer. I enjoy working with mixed media-- applying visual and tactile manipulations to telling a story. Not a lot of market for that, though, :), so I'm focusing on short story submissions and novel completions. Yes, plural. Lots of beginnings, too many ideas, not enough focus.
