Life is just a Bowl of Creamers!

Last Monday, I blogged about the little things I was missing…
Like unlimited refills and a bowl of coffee creamers on the table.

The next day, I received a surprise package from Amazon–
A BOX OF FLAVORED CREAMERS!

The note says:
Hi Mary, Enjoy your gift! Now you can have that extra creamer in a bowl for your coffee even if you can’t go out because covid sucks! lol

The note is not signed.
This wonderful, thoughtful, unexpected gift was sent anonymously.

I genuinely do not know who sent it.
Of course I want to know! I’d like to thank them directly!
To make sure my gratitude for their generous consideration is known.

But also, a little bit, I don’t want to know. I kind of enjoy the mystery…
I like the idea of believing it was you.
And you.
And you, too.

I love the idea of paying it forward!
To you.
And you.
And you, too.

I am so appreciative that in this time of crisis, you took it upon yourself to make my day!

The delivery was completely unanticipated.
So generous!
So personal!
And I thank YOU.

To paraphrase…

About Mary Fran Says

I am an artist, crafter, designer and writer. I enjoy working with mixed media-- applying visual and tactile manipulations to telling a story. Not a lot of market for that, though, :), so I'm focusing on short story submissions and novel completions. Yes, plural. Lots of beginnings, too many ideas, not enough focus.
