Remember the Golden Rule?

The Golden Rule is do unto others as you would have them do unto you.

But you know that.

Whatever happened to don’t knock it till you try it? Sometimes followed by, if you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all?

When did our point of view become more important than each other? Our opinions more significant than respect?

We don’t agree to disagree anymore, we just opine louder.

The Golden Rule, or law of reciprocity, is the principle of treating others as one would wish to be treated oneself.

A reminder I hope we can all agree on.reciprocity

About Mary Fran Says

I am an artist, crafter, designer and writer. I enjoy working with mixed media-- applying visual and tactile manipulations to telling a story. Not a lot of market for that, though, :), so I'm focusing on short story submissions and novel completions. Yes, plural. Lots of beginnings, too many ideas, not enough focus.
